In case the customer did not use the services of VIP lounge without canceling the order in advance, customer slounge pay to the Agency the amount of 100% of tariff for services in the VIP lounge of "Vnukovo Airport."
Vnukovo Airport has a common departure\arrival VIP lounge and it is located in the right-wing of the airport.
Entry into the VIP parking is made via extreme right turngate.
The departure procedure via VIP lounge Vnukovo
Customer must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour prior to departure, because check-in finishes 30-40 minutes before departure, tell his name and flight number to the security personnel at the entrance, enter the VIP lounge of Vnukovo and go to the customers check-in counter.
The customer fills in a customs declaration (if necessary) and passes through customs control. The representative of Customs may ask the passengers to show their baggage for inspection. Then the customer checks in for the flight. The passport and boarding card are given to the passport control point before boarding.
Passengers are invited to stay in the VIP lounge of Vnukovo before boarding the flight (20-30 minutes prior to departure). Following the announcement of boarding the manager of Vnukovo VIP lounge will accompany him to the plane.
The arrival procedure via Vnukovo VIP lounge
According to the rules of the Security Service of the airport only a manager of Vnukovo VIP lounge has the right to meet passengers in the transit zone, at the hood of the plane or on the runway.
After the landing is announced Vnukovo VIP lounge manager goes to the transit zone or on the runway to meet the passengers.
VIP lounge manager has the plate "VIP".
The customer should come to the man with this plate and, if he has any baggage, give baggage tags to the manager. Once all the customers of VIP lounge come to the manager, the entire group goes to the Vnukovo VIP lounge.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone and runway independently!
When passengers enter the VIP lounge of Vnukovo, Border Service officer takes their passports for registration. Then, the representative of Customs may ask the passengers to show their hand luggage for inspection. If a passenger has something to declare or he has cash currency (even in small numbers), he should fill in a declaration.
A passenger can wait for his baggage in any convenient place for him in Vnukovo VIP lounge. Among the services offered to him are free use of Moscow city telephones, free use of Internet, as well as a large choice of newspapers and magazines. If a customer orders something at the bar of Vnukovo VIP lounge, he pays on his own.
When readiness of the baggage is announced out loud the baggage is brought to the entrance of the VIP lounge. In Vnukovo airport baggage delivery to a passenger car is included into the cost of VIP lounge services.

- The short-term (up to 3 hours), free parking of vehicles in the security zone of VIP
- Delivery of baggage and hand luggage
- All kinds of information
- Individual information, boarding the plane, and passage of special and customs formalities
- Rest in the waiting room with the bar service

- Delivery of passengers to the plane and from the plane to the VIP Lounge in a van or at your request in a luxury class vehicle.
