- Orders are accepted until 12 o’clock prior to the date of the flight
- Orders deployed after 12 o’clock prior to the date of the flight are urgent
- Fine for canceling the order less than 24 hours-100%
- In case of nonappearance of a passenger at the departure of a flight, or his absence in VIP lounge on arrival, the cost of the services will not be returned
- Change of date, names of passengers, flight number in the reserved order is considered to be a cancellation of a previous order and deployment of new order on the above-said conditions.
In case of order cancellation after the Customer is included in the list of persons eligible to use the services of VIP lounges of Sheremetyevo-D
(Service Plan), the Customer pays the Agency a fine in the amount of 100% of tariff.
The Agency has the right to unilaterally change the amount of charges due to the changes in the tariff policy of airport services, while notifying the Customer in advance.
VIP lounges for Terminal D international passengers are located to the right of the entrance to the terminal arrival level.
There are separate check-in counters, immigration and customs control points in a VIP lounge. A VIP lounge also provides comfortable waiting areas and snacks, communication facilities and internet, television and wide variety of latest periodicals and newspapers.
Separate parking, located on the curbside right before the entrance to a VIP lounge, is provided for personal transport.
VIP service - Domestic flights
Let yourself be pampered before, during and after your journey. Our service team will take care of you with discretion and competence to make you feel comfortable.
Lounge area in the domestic flights area is 500 sq.m, therefore reducing time for the formalities and baggage check-in and making meters/greeters waiting time more comfortable.
A cosy VIP lounge provides services on check-in and meeting on arrival. Friendly staff will greet you with a free glass of cocktail, offer a bar menu, services of business centre and meeting rooms. With the help of a lounge manager you can order a taxi, buy flowers, make use of services of a travel agency, which counter is located in the arrival hall, and you can also reserve a table in one of the restaurants of the terminal.
