- In case of nonappearance of a passenger at the departure of a flight, or his absence in VIP lounge on arrival, the cost of the services will not be returned
- Change of date, names of passengers, flight number in the reserved order is considered to be a cancellation of a previous order and deployment of new order on the above-said conditions.
In case of order cancellation after the Customer is included in the list of persons eligible to use the services of VIP lounges of Sheremetyevo-1 (2) (Service Plan), the Customer pays the Agency a fine in the amount of 100% of tariff.
The Agency has the right to unilaterally change the amount of charges due to the changes in the tariff policy of airport services, while notifying the Customer in advance.
VIP Lounge (departure) at the airport SHEREMETYEVO F is located in the central part of the second floor at the right side of information display board.
VIP Lounge (arrival) at the airport SHEREMETYEVO F is located in the left wing of the third floor.
The departure procedure via VIP lounge SHEREMETYEVO F
Customer must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour prior to departure, tell his name and flight number to the security personnel at the entrance, and enter the VIP lounge of SHEREMETYEVO F.
VIP Lounge (departure) at the airport SHEREMETYEVO F is located in the central part of the second floor at the right side of information display board.
In the VIP lounge of SHEREMETYEVO F the customer fills in a customs declaration and passes through customs control. The representative of Customs may ask the passengers to show their baggage for inspection. Then the customer checks in for the flight. The passport and boarding card are given to the passport control point before boarding.
Passengers are invited to stay in the VIP lounge of SHEREMETYEVO F before boarding the flight (20-30 minutes prior to departure). At the request of the passenger he can proceed to the Duty Free area. Following the announcement of boarding the customer has to approach the exit to the transit area. Manager of SHEREMETYEVO F VIP lounge will accompany him to the plane.
The arrival procedure via SHEREMETYEVO F VIP lounge
Welcomer needs to arrive at the airport 30-40 minutes before the expected time of arrival of the plane tell his name and flight number to the security personnel at the entrance and enter the VIP lounge of SHEREMETYEVO F.
Passengers of VIP lounge of SHEREMETYEVO F are met in the transit zone, in a certain place, besides the exit from the plane hood or the staircase to the passport control.
VIP lounge manager has the plate "VIP". The customer should come to the man with this plate and, if he has any baggage, give baggage tags to the manager. Once all the customers of VIP lounge come to the manager, the entire group goes to the VIP lounge of SHEREMETYEVO F.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone independently!
When passengers enter the VIP lounge of SHEREMETYEVO F Border Service officer takes their passports for registration. Then, the representative of Customs may ask the passengers to show their hand luggage for inspection. If a passenger has something to declare or he has cash currency (even in small numbers), he should fill in a declaration.
A passenger can wait for his baggage in any convenient place for him in a smoking or non-smoking room in SHEREMETYEVO F VIP lounge. Among the services offered to him are free use of Moscow city telephones, free use of Internet, as well as a large choice of newspapers and magazines. If a customer orders something at the bar which is in the smoking room of SHEREMETYEVO F VIP lounge, he pays on his own.
When readiness of the baggage is announced out loud the baggage is brought to the entrance of the VIP lounge. In SHEREMETYEVO F airport baggage delivery to a passenger car is not included into the cost of services.
VIP lounge provides the following services:
- Provide passengers with the necessary information about departure / arrivals.
- Provide passengers with newspapers and magazines in Russian, English and German.
- Provide TV.
- Provide assorted food, refreshing and alcohol beverages.
- Provide first medical aid and other necessary assistance at the discretion of VIP lounge manager.
- If the flight is delayed the passenger can stay in the VIP lounge till the boarding is announced.
VIP lounge works round the clock and meets world quality standards of services to passengers.
Please note that some works of art, products of precious metals, antiquities require a special permit for export or otherwise they are banned from leaving the country. If you are exporting any of these items, please inform us in advance, so we can check the correctness of documentation.
If you are taking animals to the plane please also inform us in advance, since check-in procedure in this case will take more time.
Remember also that there is a list of products (alcohol, tobacco, red and black caviar), export of which for one person is strictly limited. According to the new customs rules passenger has the right to take out of the country only that amount of currency, which he mentioned in the declaration on arriving in the country.
